Please explain mam.
In online distance learning environment, the main problem is between the technology and the knowledge on the other end. We suffer with technical infrastructure deficiency. Some of the major problems we meet are Lack of funds, Lack of space, and Absence of capable teachers. INDIA, like other countries is aware the a new age is dawning. So, our INDIA has made its sincere effort to put a effective use of technology and quality programme. Teachers will have to be trained to play a major role in enabling the students to think for themselves, in learning to learn.
D.MURUGAN,ME., PhD., Scientist in Chemical Engineering, what are difficulties in the e-learning , e-teaching and truth of e-learning. Which type of learning is effective in education system towards the developing countries.Explain.
The common difficulty of e-learning is that the students who enroll in e-learning class must not only master the course subject matter but also should posses the technical skills to participate in the course and study effectively. The main difficulty of e-teaching lies in the amount of time and quality required to develop and maintain an e-learning course. On the other hand the instructors should also posses technical and pedagogical training.
